This laptop is used. It was my personal laptop, and I do love it. But we have an extra laptop, and I want to buy something special for my husband for Christmas! It has been upgraded with Windows 7. It comes with an extra hard drive. The keys work great and are not sticky at all, but some of the letters have rubbed off. The left mouse button doesn't work, but I'm throwing in an HP mouse to take care of that issue. The laptop is fast. I have seen people say it gets hot, but I haven't had much of an issue. Comes with original charger and battery. Once in awhile it will get warm, but it's never shutdown on it's own. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me.
