Hello! My name is Phoebe. I am an awesome little Beagle with a big heart, but I am noise phobic. My foster parents have attempted to teach me to ring bells at the door to tell them when I have to go outside, but I run away from the noise. A fork clatters to the ground and I run away, I am under the covers at the first firework or thunder boom. My foster parents believe I may have been born this way as they have tried desensitizing me to many things and I am still the same (well, I am a little less afraid of strangers at adoption events now). Maybe I can learn how to go pee on those pad things they sell at the store. My foster parents will try that next :-) Love, Phoebe
